In this month's tour leader spotlight we join Brian Small. Aside from being a first-class Tour Leader, Brian is an accomplished and published bird illustrator. We get to know Brian in this article.

We’re delighted to be able to offer an extended itinerary of our Ben Lawers tour for this summer, to include further areas of botanical and scenic interest around Perthshire. This 7-day tour will focus on some of the Alpine specialities found on the slopes and hanging gardens of this mountain, as well as other rarities that grow at nearby sites.

It’s been a tough year in the travel industry but one silver lining for us has been the recruitment of well-known and popular tour leaders Mike Crewe and Brian Small to the Naturetrek fold. Here we get to know them a little better!

With travel being restricted again this spring, we’re delighted to be able to offer some additional dates for our popular Isles of Scilly and Romania’s Danube Delta tours for later in the year.

Drawing on decades of knowledge built up from operating bird, mammal, botany, butterfly and other wildlife tours, and combining this with in-house herpetology expertise, we are delighted to be able to offer the chance to join expert field herpetologists in search of some of the world’s finest reptile and amphibian experiences, on a range of herping tours across the planet.
