East Africa’s annual ‘Great Migration’ is one of the most spectacular wildlife events on the planet. During the migration, two million Blue Wildebeest move across the Serengeti National Park, closely followed by countless predators attracted by the abundance of potential prey.

Finding a new butterfly species for your country is no mean feat, and this female Scarce Red Forester (Lethe distans), if a little tatty, emphasises what a great place for butterflies TMP truly is.
