Anurag Yadav

Anurag Yadav hails from Lucknow and completed his bachelor's degree in forestry at Kumaon University, Nainital, before embarking on his professional journey as a naturalist, working with various lodges throughout India. Anurag has travelled widely around the world, and his extensive career has taken him from the jungles of India, where he has tracked Tigers on safaris, to the African savannahs and the rainforests of Borneo. In 2022, he advanced his expertise by obtaining NQF qualifications from the Field Guide Association of Southern Africa. His passion for birding is evident in his extensive experience and knowledge in avian species. Following his qualifications, Anurag undertook an internship at Mabula Game Lodge as a field guide. He now works as naturalist tour leader in India as well as leading wildlife tours across Africa, the Indian Subcontinent and Asia.
