Kayley Hollands – Operations Assistant

Kayley joined Naturetrek in January 2025, helping to support Paul and George with operation of our holidays in Europe, the Americas and Africa to name a few! Answering queries, working closely with ground agents and preparing travel information are all part of her daily life.

Kayley has a varied background in the travel and tourism industry, having spent seasons working at activity centres, summer camps and a spell of time at Disneyland Paris. Spending six years at an archaeological tour operator allowed her to develop her logistics and linguistic skills. Working both in the office, managing tours in the field and creating new trips, Kayley counts herself lucky to have travelled to various countries including France, Brazil, Chile, Namibia, South Africa, Zimbabwe, Morocco and Spain.  

Outside of work Kayley is a keen photographer, loves a good walk and enjoys swimming!
