Working in the soft, diffused light of winter, we track Musk Oxen on foot and by vehicle, carefully positioning ourselves for intimate portraits and striking environmental compositions. Along the way, there are opportunities to photograph a range of Arctic wildlife, including Reindeer, Mountain Hare, Rock Ptarmigan and, with luck, the elusive Gyrfalcon. Daily excursions involve moderate walks across snow-covered terrain, where patience and fieldcraft are rewarded with exceptional encounters. Throughout the tour, your expert leader provides guidance on exposure in snowy conditions, wildlife tracking and creative composition. Evenings are spent reviewing images and refining techniques, ensuring you make the most of this unforgettable Arctic photography experience.
