We’re Good to Go!

We are pleased to announce that Naturetrek has the new domestic tourism industry standard mark for Covid-19 protocols.
Since international travel stopped so abruptly after lockdown began back in March, we have been working hard, amongst other things, to ensure that we would be able to re-start our holidays safely, once circumstances allowed. As a way of easing back in, we have organised a wide selection of day trips all over Great Britain, and we are delighted that so many of you have enjoyed these over the last few months. Of course, we could only do this by strictly following the governmental guidelines on social distancing and hygiene. Equal care and attention to detail has been required to ensure that our first multi-day holidays since lockdown can go ahead this autumn, and we are very pleased to announce that this has been formally recognised.

We’re Good to Go is the industry standard that has been created by Visit Britain and the tourist boards across all four nations in the UK to show that we, as a business, have followed the government and industry guidelines, have updated our risk assessments, and have the processes in place to maintain cleanliness and aid social distancing. We have this accreditation for England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland, and are very pleased to be able to run some of our most popular tours, as well as developing some new itineraries, to expand what is already the largest range of wildlife holidays in the UK. By having the ‘We’re Good to Go’ certification, we are committed to the health and safety of our customers, staff and tour leaders, and to updating our risk assessments and policies and procedures as and when government guidelines change. Naturally, the same meticulous attention to detail has been applied to all of our overseas holidays, the first of which took off to Italy in early September.
